Choose between generating and reading

Use the password generator when an account needs a new password. To share a network, make a Wi-Fi QR code; to read its name and password from an existing picture, use the Wi-Fi scanner. The general QR reader explains what a code may do before you act. The decoder is for raw text, bytes, encoding and symbol details.

Control what you share

These tools generate and read on your device; passwords and selected pictures are not sent to our servers. A Wi-Fi QR code can contain the network password even when it is not printed beside it. Treat the code like the password. Reading or decoding a QR code does not certify its destination as safe.
