Questions
What conditions can I set?
You can keep a pair in one group, separate a pair, reserve a named captain for a group and rate skills. Hard rules are always checked against the result.
Is the constrained result uniformly random?
No. A randomized bounded search finds a valid split, but valid splits do not all have equal odds. Skill balance is best effort, not an optimality guarantee.
Are participant names saved?
mtool does not save or receive names. Copy places the result on your clipboard.
Is this tool free?
